How do I unlock my Novant account? ›

I forgot my password. What should I do? Visit NovantMychart.org, click Forgot Password?, and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you still have problems, you may contact our MyChart Patient Support Line at 1-844-2NOVANT(844-266-8268).

Contact Novant Health Human Resource Service Center at 800-890-5420 to talk through options and reasonable accommodations.

The name Novant was created by combining two Latin words and one French: Nova (meaning star), Novateur (meaning innovator), and Avant (meaning in advance of or in front of).

The Novant suit claims patients who used the MyChart portal between May 1, 2020 and August 12, 2022 had medical data collected by the pixel. On Thursday, a judge approved the settlement between Novant and its patients. Of the $6.6 million dollar settlement, about $2.2 million will go towards attorneys' fees.

The FTC alleges the proposed acquisition would likely increase annual health care costs by several million dollars. These higher costs would then be passed on to patients. The deal would also reduce Novant's incentive to compete to attract patients by improving its facilities, service offerings, and quality of care.

To unlock an account that is locked due to too many failed login attempts, click Unlock, and on the confirmation window that opens, click OK. To delete the account, at the bottom-left corner of the screen, click Delete, and on the confirmation window, click OK.
