Cosmic Voyages are a unique feature of the mod, allowing the player to visit various mini-Dungeons, which help the player gather various resources, including Prismatic Cores, Banded Tenebrium and Inert Shards.Cosmic Voyages can be accessed after interacting with the player's Starfarer once the Slime King has been defeated.

Upon entering any subworld, the player will be affected with the Cosmic Voyager effect, restricting them from using Wings, Mounts, Explosives, the Rod of Discord as well as disallowing any interaction with blocks. Some subworlds apply additional effects.

Trivia

  • Although placing tile is intended to be forbiddened, there are some flaws in current 1.4.3.6 version, allowing the player to place and remove wire and actuators, and to create tombstones after death.
  • Also, prevention of explosion results in conflict with certain map design. In Corvus, there are a group of chests requiring the player to trigger a series of explosives and break the floor and ceilling of the building. However, that explosion is prvented from breaking the tiles, and thus the chest can't be accessed by intended puzzle.
    • However, combining the two features, the Corvus explosive puzzle can be solved by setting up wires and actuators and de-actuate the tiles.
  • Despite Clentaminator usage being banned in subworlds, usage of the Terraformer is not restricted.
