investigation of recent incidents in which women were stopped by a man posing as a police officer Police reported late last week that a woman was pulled over along Interstate 91 in Hartford by a man posing as an officer The man attempted to have the woman leave her car but failed and left the scene It was the second incident in 10 days The first was reported in the same area on Aug 28 Hartford
